As you probably know I’m a big Fan of the Disney Food Blog. I love to check out what new post AJ has every day. I’ve been reading the blog for about a year now and every once in a while I’ll make a comment on one of the posts.
Well a month or so ago I emailed AJ to send her a link to a neat new Disney food resource, and we began to chat back and forth. One thing led to another and she asked me to do a guest post on one of the Shades of Green restaurants. I of course jumped at the chance.
She’s been very busy getting ready to debut her new eBook, so my post has been in her queue, waiting for the right moment.
I’m so excited that it’s here. It’s an honor to be featured on such a great site.
