Shades of Green is offering a Special Mother’s Day Brunch for those staying at the Military Resort on Walt Disney World property.
This special meal will be served from 1000 to 1800 hours on Mothers Day Sunday 13 May 2012
The menu consists of:
A Carving Station featuring:
- Top Round of Beef with Au jus
- Kielbasa Sausage w/ Mustard
An Omelette Station with:
- Create your own omelet
- Made to order Eggs Benedict
- Crispy Bacon Turkey Sausage links
- Breakfast Potatoes
- Waffles
- Pancakes
- Cheese Blitzes w/raspberry sauce
- Breakfast Pastries
And a Brunch Buffet with:
- Lobster Bisque Soup
- Sautéed chicken w/ sundried tomato sauce
- Roasted Pork w/ fruit sauce
- Grilled Salmon w/ Dill sauce
- Pasta Primavera White Rice
- Wild Rice
- Fresh steamed vegetables
Finish off your meal with a freshly made assortment of desserts
The cost will be $18.95 per person

Hi, As a military mom of 2 deployed at the moment, Afghanistan and the Arabian Sea, I have just required myself to start exercising! Have heard that my son’s Disney wedding requires accommodation planning now. Thinking exercise will kick start my thinking, stress relieving skills at worry over their being away, and new energy to find a 3rd job to afford this.
