The Parties agree that Claims shall be arbitrated by a single arbitrator on an individual basis and not as a class or mass action. The Parties agree that the arbitrator may not consolidate proceedings of more than one person\u2019s claims. YOU EXPRESSLY WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO ARBITRATE A CLASS OR MASS ACTION OR TO A JURY TRIAL.
