your family loves <em>Bluey<\/em>, there\u2019s now a brand-new reason to ride the Wildlife Express Train at Disney\u2019s Animal Kingdom. Bluey\u2019s Wild World at Conservation Station officially opened on May 26, 2026, bringing interactive games, themed play areas, Australian animals, and appearances by Bluey and Bingo to the former Rafiki\u2019s Planet Watch area.<\/p>\n<p>This new experience transforms much of the old Rafiki\u2019s Planet Watch into a more interactive and family-focused destination while still keeping many of the conservation and animal care elements that made the area unique. If you previously enjoyed the original area, you can still read our full guide to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.militarydisneytips.com\/blog\/walt-disney-world-theme-parks\/disneys-animal-kingdom\/rafikis-planet-watch-and-conservation-station\/\">Rafiki\u2019s Planet Watch and Conservation Station<\/a>.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Location\"><\/span>Location<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>&#x1f4cd; <a href=\"https:\/\/www.militarydisneytips.com\/blog\/walt-disney-world-theme-parks\/disneys-animal-kingdom\/\">Disney\u2019s Animal Kingdom<\/a> | <a href=\"https:\/\/www.militarydisneytips.com\/blog\/walt-disney-world-theme-parks\/disneys-animal-kingdom\/africa-at-disneys-animal-kingdom\/\">Africa<\/a> | Conservation Station<\/p>\n<p>Bluey\u2019s Wild World is located at Conservation Station inside Disney\u2019s Animal Kingdom. Just like the former Rafiki\u2019s Planet Watch experience, the only way to reach the area is by boarding the Wildlife Express Train from Harambe Station in the Africa section of the park.<\/p>\n<p>The train ride itself is part of the experience and offers a rare behind-the-scenes glimpse into some of Disney\u2019s animal care facilities along the way.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"The_Queue\"><\/span>The Queue<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Due to the massive popularity of Bluey, Disney is currently using a Virtual Queue system for Bluey\u2019s Wild World. Guests join through the My Disney Experience app, and the queue includes access to the Wildlife Express Train, Bluey\u2019s Wild World, Jumping Junction, and the surrounding Conservation Station experiences.<\/p>\n<p>At launch, queue distribution times have generally been:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>7:00 AM<\/li>\n<li>10:00 AM<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The 7:00 AM queue does not require guests to already be inside the park, but the 10:00 AM queue does require park entry.<\/p>\n<p>Once your group is called, you\u2019ll head to Harambe Station and board the Wildlife Express Train to Conservation Station.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"The_Train_Ride\"><\/span>The Train Ride<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.militarydisneytips.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/12\/Train-to-Rafikis-Planet-Watch.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-35700\" src=\"https:\/\/www.militarydisneytips.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/12\/Train-to-Rafikis-Planet-Watch.jpg\" alt=\"Wildlife Express Train to Conservation Station at Disney's Animal Kingdom\" width=\"800\" height=\"600\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.militarydisneytips.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/12\/Train-to-Rafikis-Planet-Watch.jpg 800w, https:\/\/www.militarydisneytips.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/12\/Train-to-Rafikis-Planet-Watch-300x225.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.militarydisneytips.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/12\/Train-to-Rafikis-Planet-Watch-768x576.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 800px) 100vw, 800px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>The Wildlife Express Train remains one of the most overlooked experiences at Disney\u2019s Animal Kingdom. The open-air train ride takes approximately seven minutes and provides a unique backstage look at animal housing and care areas that most guests never see.<\/p>\n<p>After exiting the train, guests take a short walk to Conservation Station, where Bluey\u2019s Wild World is now located.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"The_Experience\"><\/span>The Experience<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Bluey\u2019s Wild World is designed primarily for younger children and families, but honestly, many adults who watch Bluey with their kids will probably enjoy it just as much.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.militarydisneytips.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/05\/Blueys-Wild-World-at-Conservation-Station-Show.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-41031\" src=\"https:\/\/www.militarydisneytips.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/05\/Blueys-Wild-World-at-Conservation-Station-Show.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"800\" height=\"534\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.militarydisneytips.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/05\/Blueys-Wild-World-at-Conservation-Station-Show.jpg 800w, https:\/\/www.militarydisneytips.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/05\/Blueys-Wild-World-at-Conservation-Station-Show-300x200.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.militarydisneytips.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/05\/Blueys-Wild-World-at-Conservation-Station-Show-768x513.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 800px) 100vw, 800px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>The experience blends interactive play areas with Disney\u2019s long-standing conservation and animal care messaging. Rather than functioning like a traditional ride, this is more of an immersive play-and-explore environment.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Bluey and Bingo Interactive Areas<\/strong> \u2013 Kids can participate in games, dancing, bubbles, and themed activities inspired by the hit series.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Australian Animal Exhibits<\/strong> \u2013 Disney added new animal experiences inspired by Bluey\u2019s Australian setting, including kangaroos and wallabies at the newly renamed Jumping Junction.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Animal Care Experiences<\/strong> \u2013 Many of the original veterinary and conservation viewing areas remain part of Conservation Station, including opportunities to see animal nutrition and veterinary care.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Family Play Spaces<\/strong> \u2013 The area now includes more open-ended play and interactive elements geared toward preschool and elementary-age guests.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>One of the biggest changes is the permanent closure of The Animation Experience, which was removed during the refurbishment to make room for the new Bluey-focused offerings.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Jumping_Junction\"><\/span>Jumping Junction<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>The former Affection Section petting zoo has been reimagined as Jumping Junction, a new Australian-themed animal area connected to Bluey\u2019s Wild World.<\/p>\n<p>While the old petting zoo atmosphere is gone, the new area fits much better with the Bluey theme and gives Animal Kingdom another unique animal experience that younger guests will likely love.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Rider_Swap\"><\/span>Rider Swap<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Rider Swap is not applicable here, as this isn\u2019t a traditional ride attraction. Bluey\u2019s Wild World fills that gap perfectly while still fitting surprisingly well with the park\u2019s conservation and animal themes.<\/p>\n<p>The biggest challenge right now is simply demand. Bluey is wildly popular, and the Virtual Queue has been filling extremely quickly since opening day.
