Many of Walt&#8217;s live action movies took place during the early years of our country, as did many of his theme park attractions which followed. His earliest <a href=\"http:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Audio-animatronic\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">audio-animatronic<\/a> creation was President Lincoln for <a href=\"http:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Great_Moments_with_Mr._Lincoln\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">Great Moments with Mr. Lincoln<\/a> at the 1964 World&#8217;s Fair.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Liberty Square is located in Walt Disney World&#8217;s Magic Kingdom.<\/strong> Here you can walk into an area of the theme park built to resemble Colonial America. The buildings are all in the Colonial and Federal style.<\/p>\n<p>There are a lot of things to see in Liberty Square besides The Magic Kingdom&#8217;s theme park attractions. You&#8217;ll be immersed in history! The flags of the original thirteen colonies as well as the American flag fly proudly in the center of the square. President Lincoln has a large roll during the presentation. Check out all of the gravestones on the way into the mansion, one will even look back. The recent refurbishment of the attraction added many interactive pieces to the queue area, which kids young and old can play with.<\/p>\n<p>The <a href=\"https:\/\/www.militarydisneytips.com\/blog\/walt-disney-world-theme-parks\/magic-kingdom\/haunted-mansion\/\">Haunted Mansion<\/a> is a dark ride through various rooms of the mansion as well as a nighttime graveyard scene. You can take a ride through America&#8217;s history on the Liberty Belle, an actual steam powered riverboat. But this Disney World snack location is famous for its funnel cakes and ice cream sandwich cookies. I can tell you the ice cream sandwich cookies are to die for, they are on my must have list for every Disney vacation.
