Only Universal Studios Orlando, Islands of Adventure, and Volcano Bay are included, just as in years past.<\/p>\n<p><strong>2 Park, Park-to-Park Freedom Pass &#8211; Both Adult &amp; Child Versions<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The 2-Park, Park-to-Park Military Promotional Pass entitles 1 eligible person admission to the following Universal Orlando Resort theme parks each day: Universal Studios Florida and Universal\u2019s Islands of Adventure.<\/p>\n<p><strong>3 Park, Park-to-Park Freedom Pass &#8211; Both Adult &amp; Child Versions<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The\u00a03-Park, Park-to-Park Military Promotional Pass entitles 1 eligible person admission to the following Universal Orlando Resort theme parks each day: Universal Studios Florida, Universal\u2019s Islands of Adventure, AND Universal\u2019s Volcano Bay Water Theme Park.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Pass\u00a0Prices:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Unlike Disney, this year Universal&#8217;s 2025 Freedom Pass has not increased in price!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>There has only been one $10 price increase since the program started in 2021!<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>\u00a02\u00a0Park Freedom Pass\u00a0&#8211; $210 Adult\/$205 Child\u00a0&#8211; For the whole year!<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>\u00a03\u00a0Park Freedom Pass\u00a0&#8211; $245 Adult\/$240 Child &#8211; For the whole year!<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>These Freedom Pass are only available at your Base Ticket Office or through your <a href=\"https:\/\/www.universalorlandomilitary.com\/universal-orlando-resort-vacations-by-a-military-expert\/\">Travel Agent<\/a> as part of a package. <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>They are not available at Universal&#8217;s gates!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Pass\u00a0Purchase Limits:<\/strong> Those eligible may purchase and activate a Maximum of 6 Freedom Passes during the offer period.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Universal Orlando Freedom Passes DO NOT include admission to separately ticketed events like Halloween Horror Nights!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><em>Note! These are a specially priced offer and are much cheaper per day than the Regular Military Universal Tickets. Compare prices! It might be cheaper to buy these for a shorter stay than the shorter Regular Military Discount Tickets.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.militarydisneytips.com\/blog\/military-discount-theme-park-tickets\/universal-orlando-resort-military-tickets-and-passes\/\">Shades of Green Regular Universal Military Prices<\/a> (Base Ticket Offices prices are very similar if not the same)<\/p>\n<p><strong>There seems to be a lot of confusion about these passes both here and on facebook when I&#8217;ve shared this info in the past. This corporate rule wasn&#8217;t enforced at the parks anyway, but now it is official!<\/p>\n<p>Both the member and spouse are eligible for 6 Freedom Passes and can purchase these at any time during the offer. Universal does say that you need to use the same location for follow-up purchases as you did for the initial one.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Eligibility\"><\/span>Eligibility<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p><strong>Those Eligible for This Offer Are:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Current or Retired US Military -Active Duty, National Guard, Reservists, US Coast Guard (with valid military ID!)<\/li>\n<li>100% Service Connected Disability (with service-connected US military ID!)<\/li>\n<li>Spouses of Eligible Service Members<\/li>\n<li>DOD Civilian Employees<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><i>Note: Both the member and spouse have their own eligibility, so 12 tickets total for that family.<\/i><\/p>\n<p><i>However, those who might have 2 eligibilities, e.g. a Reservist\/Guardsman who is also a DoD Civ, or a military retiree who is a DoD Civ only have 1 eligibility of 6 tickets, it&#8217;s per person, not per ID.<\/i><\/p>\n<p>These tickets are priced extremely low, therefore they are\u00a0a fantastic opportunity for Military personnel to visit both Universal Orlando\u2019s original theme parks (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.universalorlandomilitary.com\/universal-orlando-resorts-theme-parks\/universal-studios-florida\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Universal Studios Florida<\/a> &amp; <a href=\"https:\/\/www.universalorlandomilitary.com\/universal-orlando-resorts-theme-parks\/universals-islands-of-adventure\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Universal\u2019s Islands of Adventure<\/a>) as well as take advantage of experiencing Volcano Bay Water Theme Park!<\/p>\n<p><strong>Not Eligible<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Non-Retirees e.g. DD-214 or VA Card<\/li>\n<li>Divorced souped with benefits<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Pass_Details\"><\/span>Pass Details<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p><em><strong>Please Note\/Most Important!!! &#8211; The Freedom Pass does not include any extras, like parking or discounts on food or merch! Only park admission is included. These passes might not be best for those who are local or semi-local who buy regular annual passes and drive. <\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p><em><strong>So if you will be parking each day in Universal&#8217;s garage or would like to use the AP discounts, total up all costs each way before purchasing these passes. <\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong><i>These are perfect for those who fly in, use the Superstar Shuttle or other airport Transportation, and stay on property for one long stay or several shorter ones during a year. I did a couple of trips last year and it was perfect.<\/i><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>The eligible person must present a valid Military ID at the time of voucher purchase and when exchanging the voucher at the Universal sales window.<\/strong><\/p>\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Universals_Officially_Stated_Rules\"><\/span>Universal&#8217;s Officially Stated Rules:<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Limit 6 Passes during the program period per eligible person.<\/li>\n<li>All passes must be purchased at the same location.<\/li>\n<li>Passes are UNACTIVATED when purchased.<\/li>\n<li>Passes will be ACTIVATED at any Universal Pass Sales window with a valid ID presented by the military member or military spouse; military member or spouse MUST accompany the party to the Pass Sales window for the first activation of the Passes, and use one of the tickets; Dependent children CANNOT activate Passes on their own.<\/li>\n<li>Passes are not valid after 20 December 2024<\/li>\n<li>This offer is not valid at Universal Studios Hollywood<\/li>\n<li>The military sponsor, whether member or spouse MUST be with their guests on their first day of use of the 2022 Military Freedom Pass tickets as they will need to walk them through the turnstile with military ID.
