I had visited several times during solo research trips, but spending multiple evenings there together changed how we looked at both Three Bridges and Disney\u2019s Coronado Springs Resort.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.militarydisneytips.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/07\/Coranodo-Springs-Three-Bridges.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-41928\" src=\"https:\/\/www.militarydisneytips.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/07\/Coranodo-Springs-Three-Bridges.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"800\" height=\"600\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.militarydisneytips.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/07\/Coranodo-Springs-Three-Bridges.jpg 800w, https:\/\/www.militarydisneytips.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/07\/Coranodo-Springs-Three-Bridges-300x225.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.militarydisneytips.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/07\/Coranodo-Springs-Three-Bridges-768x576.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 800px) 100vw, 800px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Three Bridges is not a highly polished signature restaurant. The service can move at a relaxed pace, and some interactions are more attentive than others.<\/p>\n<p>But the food is very good, the drinks are excellent, and the setting in the middle of Lago Dorado creates one of the most relaxing evenings available at Walt Disney World.<\/p>\n<p>For experienced Disney visitors who no longer need every evening to revolve around a theme park, fireworks, or Disney Springs, Three Bridges can be exactly the kind of slower Disney experience they are looking for.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Our quick assessment:<\/strong> Great food, great drinks, OK service\u2014and we are already ready to return.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Location\"><\/span>Location<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Three Bridges Bar &amp; Grill at Villa del Lago is located at <a href=\"https:\/\/www.militarydisneytips.com\/blog\/walt-disney-world-resorts\/disneys-coronado-springs-resort\/\">Disney\u2019s Coronado Springs Resort<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>The restaurant is built on pilings above the resort\u2019s central lake. Three pedestrian bridges connect it with the Casitas, Ranchos and Cabanas areas and the Gran Destino Tower side of the resort.<\/p>\n<div id=\"attachment_41927\" style=\"width: 610px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.militarydisneytips.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/07\/Coranodo-Springs-Three-Bridges-Location.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-41927\" class=\"size-full wp-image-41927\" src=\"https:\/\/www.militarydisneytips.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/07\/Coranodo-Springs-Three-Bridges-Location.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"600\" height=\"850\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.militarydisneytips.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/07\/Coranodo-Springs-Three-Bridges-Location.jpg 600w, https:\/\/www.militarydisneytips.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/07\/Coranodo-Springs-Three-Bridges-Location-212x300.jpg 212w, https:\/\/www.militarydisneytips.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/07\/Coranodo-Springs-Three-Bridges-Location-565x800.jpg 565w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 600px) 100vw, 600px\" \/><\/a><p id=\"caption-attachment-41927\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">THree Bridges in the lake connected to the shore by, three bridges.<\/p><\/div>\n<p>This central location is a major part of the experience. You are surrounded by water, resort lights and views across Coronado Springs rather than sitting inside a traditional hotel restaurant.<\/p>\n<p>Three Bridges is open-air but covered. That gives it the feel of an outdoor lounge while still offering a full table-service menu.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"What_Three_Bridges_Bar_Grill_Is_Really_Like\"><\/span>What Three Bridges Bar &amp; Grill Is Really Like<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Three Bridges is casual, scenic, and deliberately unhurried.<\/p>\n<p>You can stop for drinks and a shared appetizer, order a full dinner, or settle in for a long evening overlooking the lake. It works equally well as a restaurant and as a destination lounge.<\/p>\n<p>The atmosphere becomes especially attractive in the evening as the resort lights reflect across Lago Dorado. You remain in the center of a large Disney resort, but the setting over the lake feels removed from the lobby activity, convention traffic and theme park crowds.<\/p>\n<p>This is not the restaurant I would choose for a rushed meal before returning to a park.<\/p>\n<p>It is better when you allow the evening to unfold at its own pace.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><strong>Three Bridges gives experienced Disney guests permission to slow down.&#8221;<\/strong><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"There_Are_No_Advance_Reservations\"><\/span>There Are No Advance Reservations<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Three Bridges does not accept advance dining reservations.<\/p>\n<p>Seating is handled on a walk-up basis.<\/p>\n<p>You can approach the restaurant and ask to be seated, or check Mobile Dine Walk-Up Availability in the My Disney Experience app when you are close enough to join the list.<\/p>\n<p>We used the app-based walk-up option once during our trip. The other times, we simply walked to the restaurant.<\/p>\n<p>The lack of advance reservations can be an advantage for experienced visitors who do not want every evening scheduled months in advance. It gives you the freedom to decide that afternoon\u2014or even that evening\u2014that Three Bridges sounds good.<\/p>\n<p>However, walk-up availability is not guaranteed. Popular evenings, weekends, convention periods and desirable sunset dining times may produce longer waits.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Steve Says:<\/strong> Do not build a tightly timed evening around being seated at an exact hour. Three Bridges works best when you are willing to arrive, join the walk-up list and enjoy Coronado Springs while you wait. Pace yourself\u2014especially if you still need to drive back to Shades of Green. Watch out for the 151 floater on top! They simply did not stand out the way the queso, tacos, and cocktails did.<\/p>\n<p>Some people rave about them, but they weren&#8217;t memorable enough that we&#8217;d order them again. After a good meal at Three Bridges, I would be comfortable skipping dessert and walking to another Coronado Springs lounge for a final drink instead.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"%E2%80%9CIts_Moderate_Service%E2%80%9D\"><\/span>\u201cIt\u2019s Moderate Service\u201d<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>During our stay, Tracy and I came up with a phrase that eventually applied to several Coronado Springs restaurants and lounges:<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u201cIt\u2019s Moderate Service.\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>We are accustomed to staying at and dining around Disney Deluxe Resorts, where service often feels more polished, proactive, and tightly managed.<\/p>\n<p>At Coronado Springs, the pace was noticeably more casual.<\/p>\n<p>Sometimes service was simply slower. On one occasion elsewhere at the resort, it felt disinterested. Walk through Gran Destino Tower. Have a drink at Barcelona Lounge. Cross the lake to Three Bridges.
