At Walt Disney World in Orlando Florida

  • The Park Hopper Option allows visiting multiple Disney Theme Parks in one day. You can start your day in one theme park take a mid-day break and then tour another park.

At Disneyland in Anaheim California

  • The Water Parks Fun & More option allows 4 "visits" to Disney non-theme park entertainment venues. These consist of Disney's two Water Parks (Typhoon Lagoon and Blizzard Beach), Disney's Wide World of Sports, DisneyQuest, or a 9-hole round of golf at Disney's Oak Trail Golf Course. Think of the WP&M visits as four additional admission tickets on top of your four-day theme park ticket. These visits are totally separate from your theme park admission, which can be used on the same day as a theme park visit or on a day all by themselves. They can be used once a day or you can use multiple visits per day. Used wisely the WP&M option can extend you four-day vacation to eight.

My Base ticket office won't sell me more than 6 tickets what can I do?

This extension of the 2010/2011 offer has caused much confusion primarily due to the fact that Disney keeps changing the details of the offer.

These ticket offers and the military's ability to resell them to it's members are governed by contracts. with Disney's several changes of the offer the details have changed from what is on the contract. Hopefully they will be updated but until they are Base ITT offices and Shades of Green are bound by what the contract says. Which at the beginning of the extension was 6 tickets per offer period (the 2010/2011 and 2011/2012 offers were considered separate at first).

So if you are having difficulty getting the number you need from military sources get the rest of what you need from the Disney ticket booths upon your arrival.

Remember that only six tickets can be active at any one time unless you have a large immediate family.

Tickets sold between 24 October 2010 and the extension of the offer through 30 September 2012 were marked with a 30 September 2011 expiration, but these tickets are now valid through the end of the offer, 30 September 2012. Here are the procedures to extend your tickets.

I need more Armed Forces Salute Tickets what can I do?

The policy at Disney ticket booths is that exceptions should be made for immediate families larger than five people. For example, if a family has six children, Disney should allow all members of the family to purchase 4-Day Disney Military Promotion Tickets. Military ticket resellers may not allow you to do this.

Anything else that I need to know about these tickets

Yes, this extension of the 2010/2011 offer has caused much confusion primarily due to the fact that Disney keeps changing the details of the offer and does not train their castmembers on the details.

There has even been confusion between different sections of the company (those who negotiate the offer with the military and the ticket sales dept.)

If you are having difficulty getting what you need and feel is right at any seller (your base ITT office, Shades of Green, or a Disney ticket window) try another venue. Keep trying till you find someone who will help you. Be friendly and explain your predicament, you'll find someone to help.
