This charming old-fashioned ice cream parlor on Main Street, U.S.A. in the Magic Kingdom serves up classic hand-scooped ice cream, sundaes, floats, and other sweet treats.
Some of the most popular items on the menu include the “Plaza Ice Cream Sundae,” which features two scoops of ice cream topped with hot fudge, whipped cream, and a cherry, and the “Mickey Mouse Kitchen Sink Sundae,” which is a massive sundae served in a souvenir Mickey Mouse-shaped bowl.
PRO-TIP
There is no rule that says that adults can’t order from the children’s menu in Quick Service restaurants or snack stands. The children’s ice cream cone at The Plaza Ice Cream Parlor includes two chocolate disks on the top scoop to make a Mickey!
The Plaza Ice Cream Parlor is open daily during park hours and is a great spot to cool off and satisfy your sweet tooth while enjoying the charming atmosphere of Main Street USA.
Unlike its neighbor, The Plaza Restaurant, you do not need any type of reservation. Just walk inside and order. WARNING: This charming little shop will smell strongly of vanilla igniting the urge to load your sundae with every topping imaginable.
