Can you imagine the Toy Story movies without the iconic little green guys? No, not the army men, the green aliens! “Ooooooh, the clawwwww!”

📍Hollywood Studios | Toy Story Land
Just like the movie would not be complete without the aliens, a trip to Toy Story Land in Disney’s Hollywood Studios needs to have them, too. Luckily, you can get your alien-fill on their very own attraction. But trust us, don’t fill up first, if you know what I mean.
Ride Type
Alien Swirling Saucers is a spinning ride that offers an experience suitable for all ages. The ride falls under the category of a “whip ride,” where the vehicles move around in a circular motion while swinging back and forth. Think of a smoother version of the carnival ride known as the “Scrambler”.
Theme
The theme of Alien Swirling Saucers is straight out of the beloved Toy Story franchise. Inspired by the little green aliens from Pizza Planet, the ride is themed to the arcade. The bright and colorful environment is designed to make you feel like you’ve shrunk down to the size of a toy.
The area is decorated with playful details and nods to the Toy Story films, making it a visual treat for fans of all ages. Be sure to look for all of the fun Toy Story easter eggs!
Height Requirement
Alien Swirling Saucers Ride Video
The ride has a minimum height requirement of 32 inches. This makes it an excellent choice for families with young children who might not meet the height requirements for some of the more intense attractions in the park. However, it’s still thrilling enough to be enjoyable for older kids and adults.
Rider Swap
Rider Swap is available for Alien Swirling Saucers. Just speak to a Cast Member at the entrance, and they’ll assist in setting it up so that everyone who meets the height requirement can enjoy the ride.
Accessibility
Guests using wheelchairs or ECVs must transfer to the ride vehicle to experience Alien Swirling Saucers. The queue is accessible, and Cast Members are available to assist with boarding if needed.
Ride Vehicle
The ride vehicles are themed to look like flying saucers piloted by the adorable green aliens. Thanks to the bench seating and lap bar, each saucer can accommodate up to two or three guests, depending on their size.
Lightning Lane Multi Pass
To Multi Pass or not to Multi Pass, that always seems to be the question. In Disney’s Hollywood Studios, it is a no-brainer. DHS is host to some of Walt Disney World’s most popular rides, so if you want to do it all, you’re going to need Lightning Lane Multi Pass!
Alien Swirling Saucers is among the many attractions available to secure Lightning Lanes. While the aliens aren’t as popular as other big name rides in this park, the low capacity of the ride does tend to make it rack up long wait times. If it’s on your must-do list, grab that Lightning Lane!
