If you’re craving a quick, over-the-top sweet treat in the Hollywood Studios’ Echo Lake area, Epic Eats is your go-to.
This small stand serves up crispy funnel cakes crowned with ice cream and classic sundae toppings—perfect after catching Indy’s latest daring escape next door.
Location
Epic Eats sits near the entrance to the Indiana Jones Epic Stunt Spectacular! theater, on the edge of Echo Lake. It’s an easy stop before or after the show and a convenient detour as you walk between Echo Lake and Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge.
Ambiance
This is a walk-up kiosk located near the intersection of Echo Lake and Grand Avenue. There is no seating here, but the Backlot Express is just around the corner and has both indoor and outdoor seating.

Menu
Epic Eats keeps the focus on indulgent funnel cakes and ice cream–forward desserts and floats. Offerings can rotate seasonally, but you’ll typically find:
- Funnel Cake Sundaes – Fresh, crispy funnel cake topped with soft-serve, whipped cream, and sauces like chocolate or strawberry, plus cookies or sprinkles.
- Classic Ice Cream Treats – Waffel Cones (selection may vary).
- Cold Beverages – Fountain drinks, floats, bottled water, and occasional specialty beverages.
It’s not a full-meal stop, but it’s perfect for sharing or satisfying a serious sweet tooth.
Pro Tip: Secret Menu Treat
Epic Eats only lists root beer floats on the menu, but here’s the insider trick—ask for an orange soda float instead. The Cast Members can make it with the same soft-serve vanilla and orange soda, and the result tastes just like a creamsicle. Perfect on a hot Hollywood Studios day!
Mobile Order
Not available. Place your order at the window. Lines can build around showtimes for Indiana Jones Epic Stunt Spectacular!, so plan a few extra minutes if the theater just emptied.
History
Prior to June of 2019, Epic Eats used to have a different name; it was called The Oasis Canteen.  Inexplicably, Disney changed the name of the Oasis Canteen to Epic Eats and opened a new outdoor bar location just steps to the right with the Oasis Canteen name.
