Where to Find the Star Wars Coke Bottles in Galaxy’s Edge

The Star Wars Coke Bottles Are Part Drink, Part Souvenir

Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge at Disney’s Hollywood Studios is filled with tiny details designed to make Black Spire Outpost feel like a real place rather than a themed land inside a theme park.

Even Coca-Cola got the Star Wars treatment.

Instead of ordinary plastic soda bottles, several small beverage stands throughout Galaxy’s Edge sell round, grenade-shaped bottles with Coca-Cola, Diet Coke, Sprite, and DASANI branding rewritten in Star Wars Aurebesh-style lettering.

I’m not much of a soda drinker, so I’ve never bought one of the Coke bottles for myself. I have purchased the themed DASANI water, though, and I’ve seen the bottles for sale consistently throughout the land.

For most guests, these aren’t really about finding somewhere to buy a Coke.

They’re a novelty.

And for a big Star Wars fan, they’re also a relatively inexpensive souvenir you can actually use while you’re touring the land.

Quick answer: There are four unnamed Coca-Cola beverage stands that I regularly see throughout Galaxy’s Edge. The themed sodas currently cost $6.50 and DASANI water is $5. If you’re a Star Wars fan, I think they’re worth buying at least once for the novelty—and you may decide the empty bottle deserves a place on your shelf at home.

What Makes the Galaxy’s Edge Coke Bottles Different?

The most obvious difference is the shape.

The bottles are round rather than the familiar tall plastic bottles sold elsewhere in Walt Disney World. A short neck and cap sit at the top, giving the entire package a look that fits naturally with the industrial, scavenged-together aesthetic of Black Spire Outpost.

The familiar Coca-Cola, Diet Coke, Sprite, and DASANI logos are still recognizable, but much of the labeling is adapted to fit the Star Wars universe.

That attention to detail is what makes the bottles fun.

Disney could easily have placed ordinary Coca-Cola bottles inside Galaxy’s Edge, but these feel like something you might actually buy on Batuu.

The stands themselves follow the same design philosophy. They’re small, weathered-looking red kiosks with exposed equipment and a roughed-up industrial appearance rather than polished modern beverage carts. One end even has a droid that looks like it could pull the cart around.

They still stand out enough to notice, though. Once you know to look for the red Coca-Cola equipment, they’re fairly easy to spot.

Where Can You Find the Star Wars Coke Bottles?

The beverage stands do not have individual names and do not normally appear as separate locations in the My Disney Experience app or on Disney park maps.

That means the easiest way to find them is by using nearby Galaxy’s Edge landmarks.

I’ve identified four regular locations.

1. Near the Grand Avenue Entrance and Rise of the Resistance

If you enter Galaxy’s Edge from Grand Avenue, continue along the main walkway toward the center of the land.

The first Coca-Cola stand is on the right side of the walkway, across from the Star Wars: Rise of the Resistance area and before you reach the cluster of parked spacecraft farther into the land.

This is one of the first obvious places to grab a themed bottle if you’re entering Galaxy’s Edge from the Grand Avenue side.

2. Outside and across from the Marketplace and Kat Saka’s Kettle

Continue farther into Galaxy’s Edge, and you’ll encounter another stand on the right side of the main walkway.

This one is roughly across from the Marketplace area containing the small merchandise stalls and Kat Saka’s Kettle.

If you’re exploring the shops or stopping for popcorn at Kat Saka’s, this is an easy location to use without making any real detour.

3. Near the First Order Garage and Toy Story Land Walkway

Continue a little farther toward the Toy Story Land side of Galaxy’s Edge.

Another Coca-Cola stand sits on the right side of the walkway, just to the left of the First Order garage-style area where Star Wars characters such as Chewbacca and Stormtroopers may appear above on the second level.

This location is near the beginning of the pathway leading toward Toy Story Land.

4. Near the First Order Stage and TIE Echelon

The fourth location is in the large First Order area near the TIE Echelon stage where First Order character appearances take place.

The beverage stand is positioned to the left of the stage against the rear wall.

If you’re already watching one of the First Order appearances or exploring this end of Galaxy’s Edge, it’s an easy place to grab a drink without walking back through the land.

What Do the Stands Sell?

The themed bottled drinks currently include:

• Coca-Cola
• Diet Coke
• Sprite
• DASANI bottled water

Disney currently lists the Coca-Cola, Diet Coke, and Sprite bottles at $6.50 and DASANI water at $5.

Those are certainly Disney prices for a bottle of soda or water.

But you’re also paying for the unique Galaxy’s Edge packaging, which is really the point.

Are the Star Wars Coke Bottles Worth It?

If your only goal is getting something to drink, probably not.

You can find Coca-Cola products throughout Disney’s Hollywood Studios, and locations such as Docking Bay 7 Food and Cargo serve standard fountain drinks in cups.

The themed bottles make more sense when you think of them as a drink and souvenir combined.

At $6.50, I wouldn’t suggest buying them repeatedly throughout a vacation simply because you want soda.

But buying one once?

Absolutely, especially if you’re a big Star Wars fan.

The bottle is unusual, instantly recognizable as something from Galaxy’s Edge, and inexpensive compared with most Star Wars merchandise sold elsewhere in the land.

Drink the soda while you’re touring Batuu, rinse the bottle later, and you’ve got a simple souvenir to take home.

What If You Just Want a Regular Coke?

You don’t need to buy one of the round bottles just because you’re in Galaxy’s Edge.

Docking Bay 7 Food and Cargo serves standard Coca-Cola fountain drinks in ordinary cups.

That distinction is useful:

• Want a Coke? A regular fountain drink works fine.
• Want the Star Wars bottle? Look for one of the themed Coca-Cola stands.

The bottle itself is the attraction.

Lines and Availability

In my experience, these are essentially walk-up locations.

I haven’t encountered meaningful lines, and I’ve consistently seen the themed bottles available.

Because there are several stands spread throughout Galaxy’s Edge, there’s little reason to go out of your way for any particular one.

If the stand nearest you happens to be closed or busy, just continue through the land and you’ll likely encounter another one.

Can You Take the Bottles Home?

Yes, but the bottles have an amusing bit of travel history.

When Galaxy’s Edge first opened in 2019, the Transportation Security Administration briefly prohibited the round Coca-Cola bottles from both carry-on and checked luggage because their shape resembled replica grenades.

That created exactly the kind of headline you’d expect:

The restriction didn’t last long.

After reviewing the bottles, TSA reversed the decision and allowed the empty Galaxy’s Edge bottles through airport security. TSA’s normal restrictions on liquids still apply if there’s liquid inside.

So if you want one as a souvenir, finish your drink, rinse the bottle, and pack it empty for the trip home.

The DASANI Bottle Gets the Star Wars Treatment Too

The themed packaging isn’t limited to soda.

DASANI water is sold in a standard bottle with Star Wars Aurebesh-style lettering as well.

That’s actually the version I’ve purchased.

I’m not much of a soda drinker, so water makes considerably more sense for me during a day at Disney’s Hollywood Studios. You still get the fun Galaxy’s Edge packaging without buying a drink you don’t really want.

For collectors trying to assemble a full set, of course, the Coke, Diet Coke, Sprite, and water bottles together make a fun display.

Bottom Line

The round Coca-Cola bottles are a small detail, but they’re exactly the kind of detail that makes Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge fun to explore.

You can find them at four unnamed beverage stands spread throughout the land, and the stands are easy enough to recognize by their weathered red Coca-Cola equipment.

If you simply need a drink, there are cheaper and less interesting ways to get one.

But if you’re a Star Wars fan, buying one themed bottle is an easy recommendation.

Think of it less as paying $6.50 for a Coke and more as buying a small Galaxy’s Edge souvenir that happens to come filled with soda.
