Well, it has been quite a year with lots issues that have come up with Disney’s Military Discounts!
And here is the latest snafu!
Disney World has inadvertently voided a block of 200-300 Disney Armed Forces Salute Tickets!
Who knows what they were doing?
But your Base Ticket Office should be contacting you if you are affected to arrange a ticket swap. Mine called me.
You’ll need to return the original tickets (you have them in a safe place right?), and they will give you replacements.
You can check for yourself if you are affected by looking at your My Disney Experience account.
On Desktop, go to your Plans Page and scroll dow to where you see My Plans, Reservations and Tickets. Click on Tickets & Memory Maker. You will then see a list of people and the tickets or passes associated with them. If some people are missing that you have linked Salute tickets to previously, then they are affected by this.
On your mobile app, click the menu icon in the bottom right and then Tickets and passes on the top right. You will then see the people and the tickets or passes associated with them, yourself first, then swipe to the side to see the rest. If some people are missing that you have linked Salute tickets to previously, then they are affected by this.
As I said, your base should be getting with you, mine did. But if you don’t hear from them you could call to ask for assistance.
