Just returned from Disney World and it seems as if Disney continues to try and price the ordinary folk out of the park. If it weren’t for the Disney Military Salute, we would probably not be going. Ticket prices for the general public continue to go up. Priced in the park go up. One example, we always had lunch at the German pavilion in EPCOT as they serve a good meal in a nice venue. The price generally ran about 60-65 dollars for the two of us. We went to lunch as usual and enjoyed same but when we were presented with the bill – for the same things we always have had – it was $116!
The new Star Wars section was a complete zoo and we were in line for well over two hours just to get in to the area. The most popular ride was deemed completely full some two minutes after the park opened. It is getting to be less and less fun at Disney.
I agree. Prices go up and up and quality is going down the tubes.
