Shades of Green has made great strides to improve the guest experience at their Ticket Office for In Person Sales!
Instead of the old queue line that you’d have to stand in while waiting you can sign in electronically and then wait in comfort.
Opposite the Ticket Office counter you’ll see a small electronic podium. JUst follow the on-screen prompts to enter your information.
You’ll then be placed into the electronic queue. You can track how long until they estimate that you’ll be called on any of several monitors in the area.
While you are waiting you can hang out in the newly redecorated waiting areas.
When it’s your turn you’ll be called!
You can do some surfing or check your web-mail while you wait.
There are even some TVs to watch!
