A Galaxy of Flavor Awaits at Oga’s Cantina

Step into a galaxy far, far away and sip on some of the wildest concoctions in the Star Wars universe at Oga’s Cantina!
Location
📍Hollywood Studios | Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge
Oga’s Cantina is located in the heart of Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge, nestled in the bustling Black Spire Outpost on the planet Batuu. You’ll find it right between the First Order encampment and the bustling marketplace, where creatures from all over the galaxy gather. The atmosphere outside is electric, with alien sounds, roaming characters, and an otherworldly vibe that immerses you in this Star Wars locale.
Ambiance
Inside, Oga’s Cantina feels like a true intergalactic watering hole. The dimly lit space glows with neon hues, alien decor, and industrial fixtures that make you feel as if you’ve traveled light-years from Earth.
Guests can stand at the bar, around high-top tables, or sit at a large, U-shaped communal booth. All seating in the Cantina is assigned based on availability at the time, though you can express your desired seating at check-in. Service tends to be slow at tables and high tops, at least during our visits, so we recommend the bar.
Adding to the charm is DJ R-3X, the former Starspeeder 3000 pilot from Star Tours, who now spins lively beats as the cantina’s resident DJ, creating a lively, energetic vibe that’s out of this world.
Drinks

The Fuzzy Tauntaun
Oga’s Cantina is known for its wildly unique drinks, with concoctions that look, taste, and even bubble in ways you’d never expect! The Fuzzy Tauntaun is a must-try, known for its lip-tingling, foam-topped effect that fans can’t get enough of.

Bespin Fizz
Other popular choices include the Bespin Fizz and Jedi Mind Trick—each served in themed glasses that make for the perfect Instagram moment.

Goldschmidt Vineyards Toniray
There are also Batuu-inspired wines and beers, like the Goldschmidt Vineyards Toniray, Sonoma, and the White Wampa Ale, so even traditionalists will find something to enjoy!
Menu
The food options here are more like “snack adventures.” Try the Batuu Bits—a snack mix with a variety of crunchy, salty, and slightly spicy bits.
Or the Happabore Sampler, a charcuterie plate with an intergalactic twist. While the food isn’t extensive, it’s perfect for pairing with the unique drinks and adds to the overall experience.
Entertainment
Oga’s Cantina is an experience in itself, with DJ R-3X spinning tunes and the occasional cantina-wide cheer when certain Star Wars-themed tracks come on. The lively chatter of fellow travelers, the hum of R-3X’s beats, and sometimes even Oga herself making her presence known over the speaker system all create an ambiance that’s as entertaining as it is immersive.
Reservations
Oga’s Cantina is extremely popular, and reservations are highly recommended. Book your spot early if you want to guarantee a place in this galactic hangout, especially during peak times. Walk-ins are occasionally accepted but can mean long waits.
Due to the high demand for this lounge, Oga’s on both coasts has a stated policy of two drinks max (of any type, alcoholic or not) per person and a 45-minute stay in the bar.
Wrap Up

Man walks into a bar wearing that hat, he ain’t afraid of no man.
Whether you are a Star Wars fan or not this is a fun bar to visit. It’s loud and very busy, but there is so much detail to look at. It’s a fun atmosphere.
