The Disney’s Armed Forces Salute offers huge savings on theme park tickets and resort rooms to those Service Members who are eligible to participate.
No I’m so sorry that is not possible.
These highly discounted tickets are only for the member to use with family and friends, not for letting those who are not eligible use them without the member.
Both Walt Disney World and Disneyland have measures in place to prevent ticket sharing
The member or spouse must be present at Disney with their whole party to activate the Disney Armed Forces Salute Tickets.
The only tickets that you can buy for someone else (friends, family, dependent children going without you) are the Regular Military Discounted Magic Your Way Tickets.
Also you cannot share tickets!

If my cousin who is an active service memeber and purchases a 6 day military promotional ticket for the 5 members in our party, does he need to be present with us at the gate or does him being on the vacation count as him being “with” his party. For example if he decided that he didn’t want to go to the park one day, can the rest of the party still go to the park? Thanks.

The eligible member has to have their own ticket. They need to activate theirs and their guest’s tickets in person with their valid ID. After activation the party can split up.
Hey! My friend and I have 6 day salute tickets. She activated them under her ID and we have 3 days remaining. Something came up and she can no longer go on the Disney world trip we had planned. Since these are already activated can I go without her?

Yes you can use your ticket without her since it is already activated.
Is there anyway to sell your Disney military tickets to another service member if you can’t go before the expiration date? They are non refundable and we aren’t going to be able to go before the expiration date.

No name is officially linked to the ticket until activation at Disney. Some Base Ticket Offices think they need to write names on the tickets, but they do not (though it is good practice for buyers to do this to keep them straight).
If you have linked them to your My Disney Experience account you will need to call tech support to get them unlinked. They sometimes balk at this but will do it. Call, Disney’s Internet Help Desk at 800-848-6413, Option #3.
You can then sell them to others who are eligible to activate them.
I just purchased 5 x “Disneyland 1 Day 1 Park” tickets for at my local Navy MWR ticket office intended for my brother and his family. Can they use these tickets without me being present? On each ticket they show “DanielHxxxxx Party”. These aren’t the military promo tickets or the 3-4 day park hopper, just the single day admittance tickets. I’m a Navy Reservist. My brother was going to make the reservations and link them to his account.

Yes they sure can. The Regular Military Discounted Disneyland Tickets (Non-Salute) do not require an ID for use. Anyone that you buy them for can use them without your being present.
My father, a retired service member, wants to buy 6 AFS tickets for my family of 4 as well as him and my step mother from SOG. My family arrives a day before my father and step mother… is it possible for us to go to a park a day before them or do we need to wait until we are all together to gain access into the park with the AFS activated tickets?

Since he will be purchasing from Shades of Green, the answer is yes, you will be able to enter the parks the day prior without him.
If the AFS tickets are purchased anywhere else the answer is no. AFS tickets purchased elsewhere must be activated by the member in person prior to use.
