Wondering What the Shades of Green AAFES Exchange Actually Sells?
One of the questions I receive most often is, “What can I buy at the Shades of Green AAFES Exchange, and how much does it cost?”
To help answer that question, I’ve photographed many of the food, drinks, beer, wine, liquor, and convenience items available inside the Exchange.
While inventory and pricing change over time, these photos provide a realistic look at the types of products typically available during a stay at Shades of Green.

Food and Snacks
The Exchange carries a variety of packaged snacks, breakfast foods, candy, chips, cookies, and convenience foods that are perfect for keeping in your room or taking to the parks.
Many military families stop here shortly after checking in to stock up on snacks and bottled water for their vacation.
Drinks
The beverage selection typically includes bottled water, soft drinks, sports drinks, juice, milk, coffee drinks, and energy drinks. Purchasing drinks here can be much less expensive than buying them inside the Disney parks.
Beer, Wine & Spirits
The Exchange carries a selection of domestic and imported beer, wine, and liquor for eligible military patrons. Inventory changes regularly, but these photos provide a good idea of the products normally available.
Note: Alcohol purchases require a valid military ID.
Prices and Selection Change
The Exchange regularly updates its inventory, and product availability and pricing can change throughout the year. These photos are intended to give you a realistic preview of what you’ll typically find rather than a complete inventory list.
