The USAF Air Demonstration Squadron, the Thunderbirds, could be flying over Walt Disney World in October 2025!

The United States Air Force Air Demonstration Squadron, the Thunderbirds, are scheduled to be at the Central Florida Air & Space Show in Sanford, Florida, which is scheduled for 25-26 October 2025.
The Thunderbirds and the US Navy’s Blue Angels regularly perform flyovers of Walt Disney World when on the way to Florida Air Shows.
During these flyovers the Thunderbirds usually make at least two passes over one or more of the parks (weather permitting). Their big finish is usually their famous delta maneuver, where they split and accelerate in different directions, giving the appearance of a fireworks display.

When to Expect the Flyover
This year’s Sanford Central Florida Air & Space Show is scheduled for 25-26 October 2025. The Thunderbirds will typically fly in 2 days before the event.
So if you are in the Disney parks on 23 October 2025, keep your eyes on the sky! There will typically be a PA announcement and often an Air Force contingent on the ground as well.
After the flyover, the Thunderbirds continue on to their scheduled destination for the air show.
Note that any flyovers are weather dependent, low ceilings could cause the team to fly directly to the airport.
