All general public Disneyland multi-day tickets 3 day long or more are entitled to one Magic Morning entry when using that ticket.
Magic Mornings are just like Extra Magic Hours, except this early entry is tied to your 3-day plus ticket versus staying at a Disneyland Hotel.
Unfortunately, the 3 and 4-day Disney Armed Forces Salute tickets are not part of this program.
