Do I Need to Activate My Disney Armed Forces Salute Tickets to Make Theme Park Reservations?
No you do not!
We’ve started to get this question a lot lately.
If you’ve purchased your Disney Armed Forces Salute tickets at your base ticket office you have all you need to make Theme Park Reservations. You do not need to activate or exchange vouchers to do this!
This isn’t any different from linking and making FastPass+ reservations in the past.

Hi my name is Karen .
My husband served in the Navy for 12 years and took voluntary discharge with incentives. Now we are planning a trip to Disney World. In October. 2021 We need 4 tickets. Is he eligible for any type of discount on tickets.. thank you for your time.

With no other qualifier than serving for a period of time and not retiring, there is only one discount for the months of Sept and Jan that he would qualify for. See: http://www.militarydisneytips.com/Shades-of-Green/Non-Retired-Veterans.html
