For This Veteran’s Day, Westgate Resorts Will Again Be Giving Away Free Vacation Stays to Military Families!

This super offer has always been one of the very most popular posts that I do each year on Military Disney Tips. 

This offer first started in 2011 and each year since then Westgate has offered free vacation stays to the military community (excepting 2020).

This year, the program is offering a free 2-night stay in Orlando, FL at the Westgate Town Center Resort & Spa/Westgate Villas Resort & Spa on 3-6 December 2021. This location is just a few miles from Walt Disney World.

This is a short notice offer. Normally the stay is in the spring.

Westgate Military Weekend Orlando

3-6 December 2021, Westgate Town Center Resort & Spa in Central Florida will host military personnel and their families. All attendees will receive complimentary accommodations in a studio or 1 bedroom villa (upgrades and extensions are available for a fee), up to 4 free admissions to Westgate’s Ship Wreck Island water park (not to exceed room capacity), and a private concert featuring Nashville favorite the Chris Weaver Band.

We hope to give those who have served in combat a chance to spend some quality time with their loved ones. • 5K Run – 7:30 am
• Family Field Day, featuring strolling magic by Vegas award winning magician, Jen Kramer – 10 am – 3 pm  – will be on the green opposite side of the stage
• Magic Show (Jen Kramer) – 12 pm- 1 pm – meet and greet at 1:30 – On the green during family field day
• Historic Military Vehicle Display & Demonstration – 10 am – 3 pm
• Shipwreck Island Water park – opens at 11 am
• Concert – 7:00 pm opening remarks, 7:30 pm concert – featuring Nashville Favorite Chris Weaver Band
• Fireworks after concert

Sunday, December 6th, 2021

• Continental Breakfast – 7-10 am – Banquet space

Theme Park Transportation – The Westgate resorts offer free transportation to the theme parks.

If you’d like to have the use of Magic Bands to act as your park tickets and FastPass Plus tokens, you’ll need to buy your own Magic Bands. You can do so at the Disney Store.
