Satu’li Canteen is located in Pandora – The World of Avatar, the stunningly immersive land at Disney’s Animal Kingdom.

Nestled beneath the floating mountains and bioluminescent plants, this counter-service restaurant is found in the heart of the Mo’ara Valley, right next to the Na’vi River Journey attraction.

The canteen was once a mess hall for the Resources Development Administration (RDA) but has since been transformed by Alpha Centauri Expeditions (ACE) into a dining spot that celebrates the harmonious relationship between the Na’vi and humans.

Ambiance

The ambiance at Satu’li Canteen perfectly blends the natural beauty of Pandora with industrial, futuristic elements from the world of Avatar. The interior is adorned with Na’vi cultural artifacts, woven textiles, and vibrant patterns that reflect the connection between the Na’vi people and the environment.

The open, airy space is filled with natural light during the day, and at night, it takes on an otherworldly glow. The signature dishes are the build-your-own bowls, where you can choose a base (such as quinoa, rice, or mixed greens), a protein (like grilled chicken, slow-roasted beef, or chili-spiced tofu), and a sauce (including black bean vinaigrette, creamy herb dressing, or charred green onion vinaigrette). These bowls are as visually appealing as they are flavorful, offering a fresh and healthy dining option with a variety of textures and tastes. fan-favorite is the Cheeseburger Steamed Pod, which is a bao bun filled with savory ground beef and cheddar cheese, served with crunchy vegetable slaw and vegetable chips.
