Walt Disney World discounts are available for U.S. Military Members and their Families for 2026!

These discounts fall into several categories, from tickets to dining, so read on to find out more!

Walt Disney World Military Discounted Tickets for 2026

Many in the military community are surprised to learn that there are 2 very different types of Military Tickets for Walt Disney World. These are the Disney Armed Forces Salute Tickets (including the new Disney Celebrates America Military Salute Ticket for 2026) and the Regular Military Discounted Walt Disney World Magic Your Way–style Theme Park Tickets.

They each have their own prices and rules that make them the “right” choice in different situations.

Disney Armed Forces Salute Tickets

Disney refers to these as both Disney Armed Forces Salute Tickets and Military Promotional Tickets (for 2026, the official name is the Disney Celebrates America Military Salute).

• These tickets are offered for, and can only be used during, a set period of time
• They offer a very big discount compared to regular tickets
• The amount you can use is limited
• There are Blockout Dates – dates when the tickets can’t be used
• They have strict eligibility and use rules
• These tickets can be purchased at Military Ticket Offices and from Disney

Walt Disney World 2026 Armed Forces Salute Ticket Prices

For 2026, there are 2 types of Disney Armed Forces Salute tickets at Walt Disney World:

• The new Disney Celebrates America Military Salute Ticket (a special “military annual pass–style” ticket for 2026)
• The classic 4-Day, 5-Day, and 6-Day Disney Military Salute Tickets

Disney Celebrates America Military Salute Ticket (New for 2026)
Visit again and again through December 18, 2026 (with park reservations), subject to blockout dates listed below.

• With the Park Hopper Option: $499 plus tax
• With the Park Hopper Plus Option: $529 plus tax

4-Day Disney Military Salute Ticket (2026)

• With the Park Hopper Option: $409 plus tax
• With the Park Hopper Plus Option: $439 plus tax

5-Day Disney Military Salute Ticket (2026)

• With the Park Hopper Option: $429 plus tax
• With the Park Hopper Plus Option: $459 plus tax

6-Day Disney Military Salute Ticket (2026)

• With the Park Hopper Option: $449 plus tax
• With the Park Hopper Plus Option: $479 plus tax

These tickets only have a single price for everyone age 3 and older. Kids under 3 are free.

Walt Disney World 2026 Armed Forces Salute Ticket Dates

Disney Celebrates America Military Salute Tickets and 4-, 5-, and 6-Day Disney Military Salute Tickets may be used between January 1, 2026 and December 18, 2026.

Walt Disney World 2026 Armed Forces Salute Ticket Limit

Each Eligible Service Member (or their spouse, but not both) may purchase up to 6 total Disney Armed Forces Salute tickets for 2026 (in any combination of Disney Celebrates America and 4-/5-/6-Day Salute tickets).

One of the tickets must be used by the Eligible Service Member or their spouse. The only exception is if that Eligible Service Member or spouse already holds a Walt Disney World Annual Pass at the time of purchase and use—then they may purchase up to 5 Salute tickets for others while using their own annual pass.

Walt Disney World 2026 Armed Forces Salute Ticket Blockout Dates

Walt Disney World Military Salute Blockout Dates for 2026:

• March 29 through April 11, 2026
• November 22 through November 28, 2026

What are Blockout Dates?

Walt Disney World 2026 Armed Forces Salute Ticket Eligibility and Rules

Eligible Service Members for the 2026 Disney Armed Forces Salute include:

• Active Duty, Reserve, and National Guard members of the U.S. Armed Forces
• U.S. Coast Guard
• U.S. Space Force
• Retired members of the U.S. Military
• Commissioned Corps of the Public Health Service (PHS)
• Commissioned Corps of the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA)
• Spouses of the above, with valid and active U.S. Military ID, in place of the service member
• Veterans who are 100% Service-Connected Disabled and hold a DAVPRM-coded uniformed services ID card

Tickets must be used within the offer period and expire (lose all value) at midnight on December 18, 2026. Tickets do not have to be used on consecutive days or on one trip—you have the whole 2026 offer period to use all of the days on the ticket (subject to blockout dates and park reservations).

These tickets are not transferable once assigned and activated. A check of your valid military ID is required at Walt Disney World prior to first use. The Eligible Service Member or spouse must use one of the tickets (unless they hold a separate annual pass as noted above).

Where to Purchase Walt Disney World 2026 Armed Forces Salute Tickets

These tickets can be purchased at Military Ticket Offices (including Shades of Green and the Orlando ITT) either in person or long distance (from some bases).

They can also be purchased directly from Disney in person at the theme park ticket booths. However, theme park reservations are required for all 2026 Disney Armed Forces Salute tickets and should be made well in advance to ensure that you can get into the parks on your preferred days.

Regular Military Discounted Walt Disney World Tickets

Walt Disney World now calls these, Military Theme Park Tickets, due to the recent change to Date-Based Tickets. These are identical to the 1-day to 10-day Walt Disney World theme park tickets that are available to the general public, but at a lower military discount than the Salute Tickets when purchased through Military Ticket Offices or Shades of Green.

• These tickets are always available (not a limited-time promotion)
• They offer a smaller discount than the Salute—but are more flexible
• The amount you can use is unlimited
• There are no blockout dates
• Eligibility and use rules are much broader than the Armed Forces Salute

Walt Disney World Military Theme Park Ticket Prices

Disney has moved to fully date-based, dynamic pricing for its standard theme park tickets. The Military Theme Park Tickets now follow this same system, so prices vary based on:

• Your chosen start date
• How many park days you buy (1–10 days)
• Whether you add the Park Hopper, Water Park & Sports, or Park Hopper Plus options

Because of this dynamic pricing, publishing a fixed chart of prices would go out of date very quickly. Instead, here’s how to estimate your costs:

• Check Disney’s current pre-tax price for the dates and ticket type you want using Disney’s online ticket calendar.
• Then estimate your military price by subtracting about 10% off Disney’s price for 1- or 2-day tickets and about 20% off for 3- to 10-day tickets when buying through Shades of Green or most Military Ticket Offices.

The Military Theme Park Tickets are available as:

• 1- to 10-Day Base Tickets (one park per day)
• 1- to 10-Day Tickets with Park Hopper
• 1- to 10-Day Tickets with Water Park & Sports Option
• 1- to 10-Day Tickets with Park Hopper Plus Option

These tickets have 2 prices: one for Adults aged 10 and up, and one for Kids aged 3–9. Kids under 3 are free.

Military Theme Park Tickets Dates & Expiration

These Regular Military discounted tickets:

• May generally be used every day of the year (no blockout dates)
• Expire a set number of days after your selected start date (you usually get a few extra “flex days” beyond the number of ticket days)

The exact expiration date will be shown when you purchase your tickets—always double-check the fine print on your ticket or confirmation email.

Walt Disney World Military Theme Park Tickets Limit

There is no limit on the number of Regular Military discounted tickets that you can purchase or use.

Walt Disney World Military Theme Park Tickets Blockout Dates

There are no blockout dates for these Regular Military discounted tickets. If Disney is selling a dated ticket for that day, your Regular Military ticket can be used that day (subject to park reservations, if required for your ticket type).

Walt Disney World Military Theme Park Tickets Eligibility and Rules

These Regular Military discounted Walt Disney World Theme Park Tickets are available to a much broader group than the Armed Forces Salute. Eligible guests include:

• Current U.S. Military Members (Active Duty, Reserve, and National Guard)
• Retired Members of the U.S. Military
• Commissioned Corps of the Public Health Service (PHS)
• Commissioned Corps of the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA)
• Spouses of all of the above
• Non-spouse dependents with valid military IDs
• Veterans who are Purple Heart recipients*
• Veterans who are former prisoners of war*
• All Veterans with any service-connected disabilities*
• Individuals approved and designated as the Primary Family Caregivers of eligible Veterans under the VA Program of Comprehensive Assistance for Family Caregivers*
• DoD Civilians
• Veterans with a DD-214 who are staying at Shades of Green in January or September

*Via the McCain Equal Access Act.

These tickets are giftable and much more flexible than the Salute:

• The Eligible Service Member or spouse does not have to be present to use them.
• You can buy them for non-eligible family or friends.
• Once a ticket is activated and used by a guest, that ticket is then assigned to that guest and cannot be transferred to a different person.

These tickets can only be purchased at Military Ticket Offices (including Shades of Green and the Orlando ITT) either in person, or long distance (from some bases).

Walt Disney World Military Discounted Rooms for 2026

The Disney Armed Forces Salute offers Disney Resort hotel rooms at Walt Disney World at a great discount.

Dates the discount may be used: Most nights January 1, 2026 through December 18, 2026.

Available Discounts for 2026 use a sliding scale that changes by travel dates:

• Save up to 30% at select Disney Deluxe Resorts and Disney Deluxe Villa Resorts
• Save up to 25% at select Disney Moderate Resorts
• Save up to 20% at select Disney Value Resorts and The Campsites at Disney’s Fort Wilderness Resort

For these dates: January 1 to March 28, 2026; April 12 to May 31, 2026; September 1 to November 21, 2026; and November 29 to December 18, 2026:

• Save 25% at select Deluxe & Deluxe Villa Resorts
• Save 20% at select Moderate Resorts
• Save 15% at select Value Resorts & The Campsites at Disney’s Fort Wilderness Resort

For these dates: June 1 to August 31, 2026:

• Save 30% at select Deluxe & Deluxe Villa Resorts
• Save 25% at select Moderate Resorts
• Save 20% at select Value Resorts & The Campsites at Disney’s Fort Wilderness Resort

Please Note: As with recent years, the discount percentages are offered on a sliding scale by resort category and time of year. For more details, see: How Disney Armed Forces Salute Room Discounts Work.

Qualified individuals (same Armed Forces Salute eligibility as above) may book up to a maximum of 3 rooms at Walt Disney World Resort at any one time during the 2026 Disney Armed Forces Salute. All rooms must be in the same resort and check in on the same day. The member or spouse must occupy one of the rooms.

This discount may be used as many times as you’d like during the offer period and may be used at both Walt Disney World and Disneyland. There are Blockout dates during which Disney does not offer these discounts—these are “peak attendance” dates that generally line up with the ticket blockouts listed earlier.

Please note, the discount amount, number of rooms, and room types at these rates are limited so you might have to be flexible (dates, resort, room type) in order to get the discount.

Walt Disney World Military Discounted Memory Maker for 2026

Walt Disney World is offering military discounts on WDW Memory Maker for 2026!

The Eligible Service Member or spouse may purchase this special-priced Memory Maker up to two times (per eligible member) between January 1 and December 18, 2026.

Memory Maker is Disney’s program with which you can have Disney’s professional photographers document your Walt Disney World vacation. All of your linked Disney PhotoPass photos are included for one price.

For 2026, Eligible Service Members can purchase Memory Maker at a special military price of $98 (plus tax if bought at the gate). This specially priced Memory Maker:

• Can only be purchased at Walt Disney World theme park ticket windows
• Must be purchased by the Eligible Service Member or their spouse
• Is limited to 2 purchases per Eligible Service Member/spouse combination in 2026

Walt Disney World Military Discounted Dining for 2026

Walt Disney World itself does not offer across-the-board military discounts on food. However, Military Discounts are available at some non-Disney-owned locations at Disney Springs, and 1 each at EPCOT and Disney’s BoardWalk.

Disney Springs

Disney Springs is Walt Disney World’s dining, shopping, and entertainment area. There you’ll find great dining options, many merchandise stores (Disney and others), as well as entertainment venues.

Disney Springs is divided into 4 separate areas: the Marketplace, The Landing, the West Side, and the Town Center.

Below you’ll find a list of Disney Springs locations that offer military discounts:

Note 1: Wolfgang Puck’s does not have a corporate-sponsored military discount, but I’m told that if you ask to speak with a manager, they will often give you one. (MDT reader Intel Report)

Note: From time to time you may have a server who is not up to speed.

In the past, some servers were knowledgeable about the military discount their location offered, but others had to ask their manager. So be sure to ask them to double-check if they say they don’t offer one!

Also, don’t be afraid to ask at locations not on the list! You never know—at one location, without a military discount, the person gave me his Disney Cast Member discount and thanked me for my service.

Outside Disney Springs

In Disney World’s EPCOT, Space 220 offers a 15% Military Discount on Dining.

At Disney World’s BoardWalk dining and entertainment area, The Cake Bake Shop offers a 15% Military Discount for the member.
