Is the Magic Kingdom your favorite park in Walt Disney World?
When you plan a trip does it completely revolve around the Magic Kingdom? Then keep reading, friend!
One of the perks of staying on Disney property is all of the Disney Resort Hotel’s proximity to the theme parks, but you don’t want to book a hotel close to Animal Kingdom if you’re planning to spend all of your time in the Magic Kingdom!
You’ll want one of the Walt Disney World Monorail Resorts.
What is the Monorail?
Walt Disney World has a monorail system that provides transportation for guests around the resort. The monorail system consists of three separate lines: the Magic Kingdom line, the Epcot line, and the Resort line.
The Magic Kingdom express line runs directly from the Transportation and Ticket Center (TTC) to the Magic Kingdom park, without any stops in between.
The Resort line runs around the loop with stops at the Transportation and Ticket Center, Disney’s Polynesian Village Resort, Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort & Spa, Disney’s Magic Kingdom Park, and Disney’s Contemporary Resort.
The Epcot line runs from the TTC to EPCOT.
The monorail system provides a convenient and unique way to travel around Walt Disney World, and is a popular attraction in and of itself. Guests can enjoy the views of the resorts and parks from the monorail, and the monorail trains are a beloved part of the Disney experience.
What are the Monorail Resorts?
