Shades of Green Resort Garden Gallery Restaurant Review

The Garden Gallery is Shades of Green’s buffet-style restaurant, which is open for breakfast and take-out only dinner.

The Garden Gallery features a la carte items plus an all-you-can-eat buffet for breakfast, which includes a great selection of: Eggs / Bacon / Sausage / Corned Beef Hash / Breakfast Potatoes / Breakfast Pastries and Made-to-Order – Waffles / Pancakes / Omelettes

Dinner Take Out offerings are:

• Items from the Dinner Takeout Menu – 5pm – 10pm
• Build Your Own Noodle Soup or Fried Rice – 5pm – 1030pm
• Family Pizza Party Combo – 5pm – 11 pm

You must be present to order – not available as Room Service.

The Garden Gallery is located on the lower lobby level.

When facing the front desk, exit the lobby to your left and go down the stairway straight in front of you at the bottom, make a U-turn to your left, and you’ll see the Garden Gallery podium.

Breakfast

The Garden Gallery serves a traditional American-style buffet breakfast every morning.

You’ll be sure to find something that everyone in your party will like.

There are hot and cold service lines as well as pastries and the big crowd pleasers,  freshly-made omelets, waffles, and Mickey Pancakes!

Ala Carte items are also available if you don’t want to be too full!

Military Disney Tips recommends the Garden Gallery Buffet if you’ve got the time for a sit-down meal and want to fill up for your Walt Disney World day.

 

The Breakfast buffet prices are: $19.95 for adults (12+), $11.95 for kids 5-11, kids 2-4 are free.

Take-out is available for dinner 5 – 10 p.m. daily. You must go to the restaurant to order, not available via room service. 

This service is being called the Garden Gallery Marketplace Takeout and is currently offered in place of the nightly dinner buffet of year’s past.

 

Takeout & Room Delivery

The Garden Gallery also offers a take-out and Room Delivery service.

The take-out and room delivery menu selections include pizzas, starters, salads, sandwiches, and entrées like pasta or steak. A Kid’s menu is also available.

Beer and wine can be ordered to go with your meal.

$3.00 delivery fee applies. The credit card used for payment must be present when signing the credit card receipt.

The #1 draw for SoG dining is a lower price. In exchange for a lower price, you get lower quality, especially at Mangino’s and Garden Gallery. The convenience of the Java and Express Cafe is wonderful, and you get great value. The friendliness and attentiveness of all dining staff are also great.

The wait staff at the Garden Gallery was great. Food was very good too, although while we were there, they were offering the stir-fry buffet. NOT worth the $29.00!!
The buffet breakfast was worth every penny! Very good.
