Shades of Green has announced their dinner menu for Valentines Day.
The special dinner will be served from 5:30 until 10:00pm on Valentines Day 14 February 2012 in Manginos Italian Bistro
The meal consists of four courses.
First, the appetizer is Blackened Shrimp with Mango Papaya Salsa.
The salad course consists of a Classic Wedge Salad served with Gorgonzola, Bacon, and Ranch Dressing.
You will have your choice of entrees, select from:
- 12oz Rib Eye Steak served with Garlic Mashed Potatoes and Fresh Seasonal Vegetables
- Beast of Chicken sauteed with Sundried Tomato Sauce served with Parmesan Roasted Potatoes and Fresh Seasonal Vegetables
For Desert there is a Gourmet Chocolate Lover’s Desert Buffet.
Manginos regular menu will also be available.

- The Be My Valentine Package – 4 Chocolate covered strawberries, 1 375 ml bottle of Rosa Regal wine, 2 Champagne flutes, 1 rose – Price $19.95
- The Premier Sweetheart Package – includes all the above plus 1 Shades of Green Robe – Price $59.95
