Walt Disney World offers military Discounts on both annual and and occasional Special Events.
These are after hours parties, for an extra price, held in designated theme parks.
These special events date back to 2000, when Disney World instituted what at the time they called E Nights, named after the E Tickets that were used early in the Magic Kingdom’s history for admittance to the very best attractions. E Nights were held on select nights at the Magic Kingdom for a whopping price of 20 dollars per person. Select attractions and food options were open for the 4 hour events. Guests could walk on rides and often re-ride without getting out of the ride vehicle as often as you’d like. When we did an E Night in 2000 we rode Space Mountain 7 times in a row! Today’s prices are way more as you’ll see below.
After Hours parties continue today with the 2 annual events, seasonal events, and occasional events offered
Regularly scheduled (annual) Magic Kingdom events: Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party and Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party.
Other events are occasionally offered at many of the parks. Recent parties have been: Disney After Hours – EPCOT, Disney After Hours – Hollywood Studios, Disney H20 Glow After Hours at Typhoon Lagoon, etc. These are all paid events that happen in the designated park after the days’ regular guests have left the park.

Ticket is valid only for admission to the Disney After Hours at Magic Kingdom event during the following times on the date specified for that Ticket: 7:00 PM to 1:00 AM (with the event running three hours, from 10:00 PM to 1:00 AM).
Official check-in for the event will take place at the Main Entrance to Magic Kingdom beginning at 7:00 PM. These date-specific event tickets do not require an additional day theme park ticket or theme park reservation.
Please note that the number of Tickets available is limited. Events may sell out. In addition, all Tickets are non-refundable, non-transferable, and are only valid for admission during the special event date and hours. Parking is NOT included.

Tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable. The number of tickets available is limited and tickets are valid only for the specified event date and hours. Not all attractions, entertainment and experiences at Disney’s Typhoon Lagoon Water Park are available during the event. Attractions and experiences are subject to change or cancellation due to inclement weather or other reasons without notice.
