Sunshine Seasons in EPCOT’s Land Pavilion

It seems that the World Showcase gets all of the attention in EPCOT for food! But there is more to explore!

We’re here to tell you not to miss the Sunshine Seasons quick service restaurant in The Land Pavilion!

Sunshine Seasons is known for its diverse and fresh quick-service menu, offering a variety of dishes inspired by different cuisines from around the world. The restaurant is often praised for its commitment to using high-quality, seasonal ingredients, and it typically features a range of options, including salads, sandwiches, Asian cuisine, and desserts.

Sunshine Seasons is located in The Land Pavilion, where you can also find the Living with the Land attraction, Soarin’, and the Garden Grill Restaurant. This unassuming dining location combines fresh farm to table foods with quick, convenient, and affordable service.

Menu

The menu at Sunshine Seasons features a lot of fresh salads, sandwiches, and asian-inspired dishes made using produce grown in the Disney greenhouses. It’s really easy to get caught up in the traditional fried theme park food or the rich creams and cheeses of the World Showcase. A nice light meal from Sunshine Seasons is just what you need to keep the body going on those 10 mile Disney days!

Fresh fruits and veggies aren’t the only things available at Sunshine Seasons – We have also seen an incredible assortment of sweet treats in the bakery case there, as well. You can usually spot a fancy seasonal Disney cupcake

On one of our recent trips we also tried a delicious Turtle Brownie. First and foremost, just look at the size of this thing! This huge brick of fudgey goodness was topped with salted caramel and walnuts, and it was the best dessert of our trip!

While the Turtle Brownie isn’t forever, it just goes to show that the Sunshine Seasons quick service shouldn’t be overlooked.

Mobile Order

Sunshine Seasons participates in the Mobile Order program. This means you can order your lunch while waiting in line over at Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind, and pick it up with little to no waiting in line!

EPCOT is not your go-go-go park, but still, no one likes to wait in line.
