Announcing the 2020 Disney Armed Forces Salute!
I’m very happy to announce that today Disney released the news that the hugely popular Disney Armed Forces Salute has been renewed for 2020.
The currently running 2019 Disney Armed Forces Salute is an entirely separate offer which will continue to run through 19 December 2019.
Disney Armed Forces Salute Dates
The 2020 Disney Armed Forces Salute runs from 1 January 2020 through 18 December 2020 (except Disneyland’s room offer which ends on 17 December).
Disney Armed Forces Salute Ticket Discounts
2020 ticket options:
- At Walt Disney World 4-day, 5-day, and the new 6-day length tickets with the Park Hopper option. You can also add the Park Hopper Plus Option
- At Disneyland 3-day and 4-day length tickets with the Park Hopper option.
Ticket dates for both resorts are 1 January 2020 through 18 December 2020.
There are no Ticket Blockout dates for Walt Disney World for the 2020 Salute offer period!
Ticket Blockouts for Disneyland are just 12 April 2020.
DoD Civilians and Contractors are NOT eligible for this 2020 offer.
Tickets will be available for sale at Walt Disney World soon and Shades of Green should have them very soon as well, Disneyland will have the tickets on 5 November 2019.
As always it will take quite a while for the MWR distribution system to get them out to the bases, it has taken a month or more in the past!

- 1 January 2020 through 18 December 2020 Walt Disney World (WDW)
- 1 January 2020 through 17 December 2020 Disneyland Resort (DLR)
Room blockout dates (the Salute offer is not available during these dates):
- Walt Disney World – 5 – 18 April 2020
- Disneyland Resort – None

The MemoryMaker Military Discount continues at both resorts for 2020!

Summing it all up
So to summarize, the current 2019 Disney Armed Forces Salute, which started in January 2019 continues to run through 19 December 2019.
The 2020 Disney Armed Forces Salute starts on 1 January and runs through 17-21 December 2019.
The two offers are totally separate, with different ticket prices! Tickets from one offer cannot be used in the other.
The resort room discounts “up to” the old set rates will be available.
